Should be a thermostat with a black knob in the freezer. Usually they are marked 1-7 1 being the warmest and 7 the coldest. Usually clock wise + colder. Adjust by only 1 number per day. See how it responded the nest day. The set point is designated by a notch or arrow on the cover plate. ;)

The temperature is factory preset to provide satisfactory food storage temperatures. However, the temperature control is adjustable to provide a range of temperatures for your personal satisfaction. If a colder temperature is desired, turn the temperature control knob toward MAX and allow several hours for temperatures to stabilize between adjustments.
In my experience, the temperature adjustment knob is behind the grill on the side. They put it hidden there because you hardly ever need to touch it. The model number isn't quite right for a Kenmore. It should be 3+5 numbers 123.12345 like this one 253.12502
The temperature control is located inside the freezer on upright models, and onthe left outside wall on chest models. The temperature is factory preset to providesatisfactory food storage temperatures.
However, the temperature control is adjustable to provide a range of temperatures for your personal satisfaction. If acolder temperature is desired, turn the temperature control knob toward COLD-EST and allow several hours for temperatures to stabilize between adjustments
There should be a temperature adjustment inside the freezer somewhere. It will look like a slider or a dial, and be labeled something like "Colder" and "Less Cold" on opposite ends of the scale. If this is set to its coldest setting, and the temperature still is not cold enough to solidly freeze food (ideally, a freezer's temperature should reach ZERO degrees Fahrenheit), then the unit needs to be serviced by an appliance repairman.
pull the panels inside and check the fan usually in a fridge freezer the fan cacks out or is full of ice clean it out and clean the overflow tube if fridge is cold enough then it is the freezer fan
I understand that your Frigidaire freezer is not getting cold enough to freeze your food. I suggest cleaning the compressor, underneath your appliance, by using an attachment on your vacuum. I also suggest lowering the temperature and giving your freezer 4-24 hours to stabilize at that temperature. I ask that you please follow up with a comment on the post, at your convenience, to advise if further troubleshooting is needed or if your dishwasher status has changed successfully. If further troubleshooting is needed, please leave me the model number of your freezer. Hope this is helpful.
Contact the manufacture, it is most likely going to be covered under warranty. If the knob is not removable, (check for a set screw on the side of the knob it will take a small allen wrench) Then the thermostat (temp controller) will need to be replaced, if it isn't a style that you can calibrate.
Is the thermostat set to the correct temperature (Low, Med, High)?
Are the door seals in good repair and making a good seal with the freezer cabinet frame?
Is the door warped or distorted in any way, will lead to leaks.
Can you hear the compressor/motor running?
Hi,
You need to check first that there is no leakage of your gas in your compressor system thats responsible for cooling the refrigerator. If you have the manual you an read it to locate the regulator
