P1 is usually the code for a temperature probe error - the refrigeration should now operate on a time cycle until the temp probe is replaced

Look for doors not properly closing, poor air flow over coil or something blocking air flow, improper freon level.

Sounds like you are correct, unless the door seals are not in good order, air leaking in can fool the thermostat.
If it has a top section that the pans for pizza ingredients sit in check that the airways are clear and that the tins and lids fit properly.

Many times a freezer and/or refrigeratordo not work right because of a dirty condenser coil...there are also many otherthings that can go wrong.

If you had a repair person to replace the compressor the you should not need to anything more. We believe the repair man have check also of the evaporator and condenser were working ok since from what we undestand he did not mention that they have any problems. So the problem is either the compressor starting kit is not working properly or the repair man left some wires loose. The second posibilty the freon charge is not the proper one and need to be check again if the gas pressure low and high are ok. Finnaly every time we replace a compressor on comercial refrigerator we also replace the freon gas filter if he didn't then there is a posibilty after the compressor replacement the filter to be goggle. As you have already notice from repair person in order to deal with freon gas you need special tools and also you need to have a national licence. Also if you have paid so match money for the compressor replacement then you should demand from them to check why the fridge still have problem to low down the temperature, if they have done a poper jop then the fridge would work better than before.
