Sounds like air in the line. bleed it at the wall supply line.

Have a rag handy and loosen the line till it sputters then open(turn on) faucet. turn off and tighten line.

SOURCE: glacier bay kitchen faucets with 2 handles and a sprayer

to be honest with you if there is a problem the glacier bay brand is from home depot and they are usualy around 20 to 30 dollars the replacement stems are usualy 15 to 40 depending on the part plus the hours ur gonna spend fixing it your better off with a full replacement. if replaced keep in mind you might want to replace the supliy lines to the faucet with stainless steal suply lines to ensure no leaks and if your shut offs are old dont touch them shut off your water main and drain down your house by opening all the faucets and shower valvs in your house then drain at the lowest point in the house weather it be a sink in the basement or an out side faucet once the supliy lines and faucet is in place then close all the faucets you opened and slowly turn on the water to your house slowly and this will ensure you dont have any leeks from your shutoffs good luck  your friendly plumber

SOURCE: Our glacier bay two handle faucet (sink in half

If you the teapot style faucet directly on top of handle, the little round cap should come off so you can see the screw that lets you remove handle. The other style will have set screws on the outside of either handle. You will need a allen wrench.

SOURCE: Single-handle Glacier Bay shower faucet, hot/cold reversed

Hello. It sounds like your plumbing was installed wrong, with the hot and the cold supply lines reversed. If that is the case, those supply lines will have to be replumbed to make your faucet work properly. Often, if those lines are accessable, it is only a 20 minute job. Joe

SOURCE: Single-handle Glacier Bay shower faucet, hot/cold reversed

Behind the handle check to see if it has a dail to take out and replace at a different postion this will change the hot and cold. It a anti scald protection device. Don't remove cartridge just adjust dail.

Mark where you start and take out and move a 1/8-1/4 turn at a time and replace til temp desired. It has teeth like a gear you move to adjust temp.

Glacier Bay Model 5155C-WS. Worked fine until about two days ago. Now water only trickles out. Purchased a new cartridge and installed but that was not the problem. Water pressure is fine.

Check if its the same for both cold and hot. Not sure if this is a single handle or two handle faucet. If it's only slow from cold or hot, then I would suspect that valve has gotten something caught in it. Try closing and opening that valve and see if it improves.

Glacier bay faucet manual

Contact glacier bay to get a replacement control/handle assembly. Usually their customer service department is good at replacing the parts under warranty

You should have individual cold & hot water supply shut-offs in your basement for your tub/shower; if not, now's the time to install them.

If I could be of further assistance, please don't hesitate to ask.
