I just replaced the motor in my Tiger shark but it still does not make bottom contact and suck debris. It also will not climb the wall. The impeller is turning but seems to be in the wrong direction.

I the filter is not very clean the pump will not push hard enough to hold the tracks onto the walls. Try running without filter in a very clean pool for a few minutes to see if it solves the climb walls replace the filter and clean the unit

The motor pack is having trouble and will need to be replaced (most likely). For help finding a service center that can perform the inspection and repairs check Hayward's site at http://www.haywardnet.com/locator/ and fill in the information requested. Be sure to select product repair or service and robotic cleaners to limit the response to those able to fix these cleaners. We are in S.E. Michigan and are one of the centers for Tiger Shark cleaners.
