Lcd display screen not working on my new d7500 nikon

Please make sure that no cables are plugged in. Many camera when this is done it goes into a remote mode and the screen shuts down.

The screen would have to be replaced typically. It may not be worth the cost though.

the lcd screen is black and it cannot display normally. suggest you buy one lcd and then fix it by yourself.

If your LCD screen works normally as a viewfinder and lets you review photos then your shutter is likely stuck in the closed position. If the display is black in all modes your LCD display is bad. Unfortunately, there is no safe DIY fix for either problem. The camera will require professional repair.
