Here is something that has worked on some lg washers: unplug, wait five minutes, hold in power button for 15 secs, plug back in while holding in power button for another 15 secs, release. a supposed reset to control board.
I have also included a video link that may helpful to you.

you will need to replace the door sensor, this error will appear until it has been replaced. it is inside the unit and pretty much hard to get to if your not familiar with workin on it. take it to an LG tech or some one whos familiar with it..........

You probably have the drain hose too far down the standpipe and it is siphoning out. Check that first. If that doesn't work, look up Catriver, sounds like that cat knows his stuff. Tenbears.
SOURCE: I have a LG Fuzzy logic for a year and a half now,
certain materials give off fluff and some others seem to attract it. you can try putting in similar materials together and avoid mixing turkish bath towels, blankets and jackets and such clothes having fluffy lining with normal clothes. Also try selecting higher water level (overriding the automatic selection) manually. Once when i had fluff on clothes, it turned out to be tissue paper from my child's jeans pockets. After cleaning the filter bag, run the machine empty at maximum water level every week. Hope one of these will help solve your problem.

SOURCE: Lost manual to LG washing
I do not know this model. However, on other top load LG washers, the powdered detergent goes in a box at the back (top) of the washer, and the fabric softener when diluted gets poured into a spot near the left side of the top of the washer. (The bleach goes near the front of the washer.) For front-loading washers, the detergent and fabric softener are poured into the detergent drawer. The largest compartment is for detergent (wash cycle) and is usually on the left. The smallest compartment is for fabric softener.
Manuals for most LG appliances are available at their site. Start at http://www.lg.com/au/support/product/support-product-profile.jsp?customerModelCode=WF-T502C&matchedModelCode=NOT_MATCHED&searchEngineModelCode=WF-T502C&initialTab=documents&targetPage=support-product-profile . The manual is in a DjVu format.
A partial manual is also available here: http://monitor.diplo-best.com/review/LG/WF-T502C . You will need to review the washer or enter a code.
I hope this helps.
