I need a diagram on a Stihl 210 c chain saw tensioner install. Can’t even find the inner workings for the tensioner on the saw

you have to use the tension screw to move the cutter bar to tighten the chain then you do up the bar mounting nut to keep it tight

Take off the side cover at the base and loosen the tension screw. Blade should slip off. Make sure when you replace it, you do not tighten it too far.

Pull the side cover and check for a broken or misaligned chain tensioner. I assume that you have loosened the bar nut on the side cover before attempting to adjust the chain tension. The methiod varies depending on whether your model has the side chain tensioner or the quick chain tensioner.
