I had that happen to my tv and took it to be repaired and it was the power pack where it attaches to the tv it just like snaps on and will arch and burn the power pack and it wont power on so the repair guy charged me $89 parts and labor he put one in but sodered it so it will not draw moisture and arch and it works great now....

SOURCE: No Picture & No sound. Red LED, Green LED, Red LED.

If the power supply outputs are good! Then I would say the back light inverter is bad! If the screen stays black and does not come on.

Turn off the circuit breaker and wait 10 mins, then back on.
Turn off all units, wait a about 1/2 hr. See what that does. Also, Turn only one unit on at a time and let it run 5 min before turning on the secon and the same withe third. An what remote island might that be? Good Luck, Ned

Need wireing scamatics for thermostat on rudd electric furnace

Red is the 24 v hot leg

White is the heat circuit

Green is the fan circuit

common is the neutral side of the 24 v power supply( the opposite side of the 24v power supply from Red)

Orange if equipped is the reversing valve .

Hi Everything is plugged in and power strip is on, but the printer just won't turn on. Is is a power supply thing? Worth fixing?

If it is the power supply, not worth it....
Try an EEPROM reset:

1) With the printer powered off but connected to a power source, press the Power button while pressing and holding
the Stop/ Reset button.
2) When the Power LED is lit, press the Stop/Reset button two times while pressing and holding the Power button.
3) When releasing the Power button and the Stop / Reset button (regardless of order), the printer will move into a
service mode. (Waiting for menu selection)
4) When the LED lights in green, press the Stop/Reset button the specified number of time(s) according to the
function listed in the table below.(Each time the Stop/Reset button is pressed, the LED lights alternately in
orange and green, starting with orange.)

0 time Green Power off
1 time Orange Service pattern print
2 times Green EEPROM print
3 times Orange EEPROM reset
4 times Green Waste ink counter reset See waste ink counter reset

It sounds like your inverter is at fault. You will need an inverter tester ( most good service techs will have one ) to prove that the output to the compressor is correct. If the inverter is okay then it will be the compressor at fault with a location error or it is simply seized. A common fault that caused this was the eev remained closed (coil failure ) and caused the compressor to over heat.

1.Orange with + sign and orange is for HDD LED.
2. Green with +Sign and Green is for Power LED.
3.Red is for Power switch.
4. Blue of Black is for Reset switch

Screen going black, green LED staying on

Check to see if the image is Dimmed. Chances are the power supply on the FPD is either dead or not supplying power to the back lights.
Your problem is the power supply or the inverter on your board, you can replace it and it will be fixed.
Easy Fix REALLY EASY FIX
(inverter is what supplies power to your backlights. A lot of the times the reason a monitor goes black and the green power button is on, is because the backlights shut off. in most designs of the 1730 the inverter is embedded on the power supply. That is most often the case on this problem. Power supply/Inverter=Replace it and you will have a spanking new looking nice monitor working again. :)
