If you have a side by side model you need to look at the refrigerator compartment wall on the left of the bottom drawer and move the slide control to the warmer/fruit/vegitable setting instead of the meat setting.

SOURCE: My Ultma WMD960 has a leak from the dispenser
this could be a problem with useing to much powder and it has blocked the hose that feeds the water to the drum,a hard pull on the soap drawer whilst depressing the release lever on the drawer,if the inner chamber is not blocked it will be the hose.unplug the machine remove the top panel under the outer soapdrawer you will trace the hose that feeds the drum squeese this and should cure your problem

The drain in the freezer behind back lower panel
needs opening. You can see it at the bottom of the back panel
underneath the evaporator coils. (The cold coils)
Run Hot water in the drain until it clears or use a hairdryer.
When the defrost melts the water it goes down the drain
If the drain is clogged with Ice or ? The defrost water
overflows into the ref. or freezer
Run Hot water in the drain until it clears or use a hairdryer.
Also check fan undernearh Ref in the rear
Clean condenser coils underneath
