SOURCE: On an E 100 Razor scooter, the battery charger shows charged
We had the same problem that I found to have a very simple fix. It seems all that needed to be done was hold in the reset button a few seconds while the battery charger was plugged in and the light on the charger turned to red and the battery charged again. Seems like too easy of a fix but it worked for my kids scooter.

Check the voltage output of the charger. It should be about 28 volts. Most likely your batteries are dead (over 2 years old?)

The batteries are dead. The battery in these scooter need to be kept
charged or if not in use for a long time charged every 3months.
Otherwise, like what to you, they will go dead. The chemicals in the
battery have deteriorated to the point where it won't hold a charge.

I have this same problem? What do you do? I bought a new charger thinking it was that and the light stays green on it too.

If you mean it flicks straight over from charging to charged then this is classic signs the E100 battery is dead & needs replacing.
