110cc 4 stroke pocket bike, trying to put it back together, and not sure where fuel and vacuum lines go? I have 3 open ports on carb and only one open port on the fuel tank that would run to my carb. But not sure which port is for fule in, and what to do with the other two? @
Engine vacuum is what opens the fuel **** on the fuel tank, when the engine stops the fuel does as well. two of the lines will be engine vacuum, either use a vacuum gauge to test or as i do place the end of my tongue on each tube as the engine is cranked to see which ones suck and blow. this system has been used for over 50 years to stop fuel fires on bikes.

That tube would be the overflow tube. Your carb float is sticking open and allowing fuel to flow in constantly. You need to take carb apart, clean needle valve, and inspect or replace carb float.
