Maybe your account doesnt exist or you have forgotten your password. Try making a new paypal account. Maybe they have blocked you because you have stopped using it for a long time. Pm me if problem still persists.

How do I send my 4 digits as requested to Pay pal to confirm my credit card

If you are trying to pay with a credit card via PayPal, it asks for the same information as any secure site: the account number and CVV code. The CVV code for most cards (Visa, MC) is a three-digit number printed on the back of the card. For Amex, the confirmation code is the four-digit code on the front on the right side just above the account number.
If you think you are trying to pay for something via Paypal and the payment form does not allow you to put the CVV or confirmation number in properly, it might be a scam page. Check the URL for "https:" not "http:" If your don't see that "s" in front of the colon don't type in any card information - if you already have sent credit card information to a http (not https), contact your bank and tell them your card might be compromised.

New credit card information

You want to change your credit card information on paypal?

Go to www.paypal.com
Login
Click on the profile tab and scroll down to add/edit credit card
Click on the edit link on the right side of the credit card you want to edit.
From there you can change the address or expiration date of your card.

If anything else changes with your card other than expiration date or address, you will need to add a new card.

From that same projile tab and add/edit credit card, go down about halfway and click the orange add card button.

From there add the requested information. At that point if the other card you had in there is obsolete, you can click on the remove link on the right side to leave only your new card visible.

Hope that helps.

Paypal won't accept credit card

There are a number of reasons why PayPal (or any other provider) won't accept a credit card online:

1. The card is expired.
2. The card is a brand not accepted by the service (as in some out-of-country cards).
3. The name or address on the credit card company's file does not match the name or address you are keying in to PayPal (they have to match).
4. The CVV (security) code is incorrect.
5. You're over your limit.

PayPal's error message will tell you if the "gateway" declined the card. If so, that means your credit card company declined the transaction...not PayPal.

Hope that's helpful.

My credit card expire 10/10/2010 how can i give you my new number

You can update your credit card information by logging into your account, then hover over the Profile tab, and from the menu that appears click on "Add or Edit Credit Card." Choose the card you want to change and click Edit on the right side. If the card number is the same, you only have to change the new expiration date, and then click Save.

Hope that helps!
