I did press and hold "Select Cycle" and "Start" for Five seconds. Since all the LED's flashed I am assuming that the dishwasher thinks that the door is open. Will simply replacing the door latch fix this problem? Is the correct part WD21X10490?
Usually has a microswitch that connects when the door is closed. Check to see where the switch is and check to see if it is connecting.

You need a new door latch mechanism.
It is faulty and not doing it's job of over riding when the door is opened

That means the control sensed that the heater in the d/w did not operate 3 times in a row. so the unit locks out. First remove the kick plate and you may have to pull the unit out from under the cab, but check your heater. use a meter to see if it reads open, if so order a heater assy it will come with a new control replace it to. If your heater checks good press in sequence normal wash , heat dry ,normal wash,heat dry , normal wash , heat dry three times within 6 sec all the lights will come on then hit cancel. What that did is reset the control and clear that fault. Keep in mind that d/w does not heat it's own water your incoming water temp should be 120. the d/w will maintain that temp. when starting your d/w first turn on your hot water till it gets hot then start your d/w this insures your unit fills with hot water and not cold

holding the button for four seconds will not do it, you have to hold it until the light stops blinking and
will go back to normal, normall takes more than four seconds to unlock the unit, this is something
the sears repair techs know becouse the are trained on all this things but, they will not share this things, becouse thats how they make money

1st 2 lights flashing is fault F03 meaning The drain pump has been energised for 4 minutes, but the pressure switch has not reset to the empty position.
The drain pump is fed from the wash pump; therefore an open circuit wash pump could stop the drain pump from working.
A jammed drain pump or blockage in the outlet hose or plumbing.
A blocked pressure chamber or pressure switch air tube.
A faulty pressure switch.
Check wiring to pump and module connections.
If all the above are OK, replace the module.

Better switch of till you are ready with full load. Otherwise you have to trace the beeper and disconnect it.
