My kreepy krauly dominator wheels are not moving. Theywont move and I have checked nothing blocking the inside.

Check your pump pressure on the suction side. If there is any air gap in your pump strainer pot (if you have a see thru see thru strainer cover) then you have a leak on the suction side. Auto matic cleaners need ample pressure for them to move. or you might need to backwask the filter check your pressure gauge. If none of these help its more then likely the gears in the cleaner. also check your cleaners hoses

SOURCE: KREEPY-KRAULY Ties itself into a knot while cleaning.

Solution:
We removed 2 portions of hose located at the Krauly end, and attached those at the filter end, then we took the 2 portions located at the filter end, and placed those at the beginning of the Krauly end.
Apparently the problem was that the 2 portions of hosing at the Krauly end had become "twisted" and continually enabled the Krauly to move in the knot tying direction. By replacing these 2 portions at the Krauly end with "un-twisted" portions from the filter end, this ended the twisting cycle.
The Krauly has been running for 48hours straight now without a single knotting episode.
If we see the knot tying direction beginning again, we will repeat these steps, continually replacing with un-twisted portions.
At 1st we thought we needed to purchase some new tubing, but we didn't have to, only needed to move around some hosing.

Do you have any hose weights fitted to the kreepy hose? If you do,take it off and see if it makes a difference.Is this happening while the kreepy is operating?

SOURCE: My kreepy Krauly will start up and within 5 stops working.

If it is a year old, replace the flapper valve. Also check your water flow and make sure it is adequate. These units are subject to wear on the foot and flapper and these should be changed each season

Check for air leaks in your hoses, your pump or in the plumbing system. Also check for clogs in your pump impeller if you have any problems with your basket. Good luck.
