Color calibration is performed automatically with power on. Anyway, you can start it manually as described on the user manual here:
https://www.manualslib.com/manual/761008/Kyocera-Ecosys-P6030cdn.html?page=193#manual

If nothing helps, there should be mechanical problem with the positioning of the imaging drums.

SOURCE: how do i print envelopes on a kyocera ecosys FS-1300d

Just a suggestion but in the application you are using, make sure the "Page Setup" is set to the envelope you need and the source for the envelope is correct.

Also, check the driver settings to make sure they match what the application needs.

SOURCE: What location on the kyocera

Pull the multipurpose tray open in the front of the printer. There you will find adjustable side guides
to align the envelop as it feeds into the printerreadme3x.jpg

Does not write same place

Does not write same place/ print moves on paper/ printed image is in a different place each print
probably the latter
if the image is moving from one page to the next, the cahnces are the paper stop (registration) rollers are not reacting when required, possibly due to a POOR CLUTCH,, replace the registration roller assembly for correct repair

Printer cant print in black and white

This happend to me also and I finally found out that the printer uses collor cartidges for GRAY printing. The back cartridge is used for BLACK printing ONLY. So if the printer was short of one collor in my case it was magenta (red) the gray parts of BW prints started to be green!!! When I put new magenta cartridge to the printer gray was gray again...

LOADING TAPE INTO A BROTHERS P-TOUCH

I'm on my second machine since December. Neither P-Touch would feed the white tape, the other layers bunch up inside the machine. Called Brother, and they were no help (indeed not much interested in my problem), except to suggest I clean the rollers with alcohol/q-tip. This action did result in the tape feeding, but not properly as I now get an unusable label strip with all three layers, and printing on the clear layer backed by black layer. POS if you ask me; it is going back to the store.

Colors not printing correctly

OK, Canon will hate me for this.

1. Remove ink cartridges
2. Remove print head
3. go to sink or tub (stainless steel, not plastic type), pick up a roll of paper towel on the way.
4. Fold several layers of paper towel and place on flat surface.
5. Run hot water until HOT!
6. Turn hot water back to a dribble.
7. Run the dribbling hot water through print head, be careful not to wet the gold contacts.
8.When water running through print head is clear, place print head on paper towel.
9. Repeat number 7 and 8 until no colour shows on paper towel.
10. Gently DAB print head (DO NOT WIPE) inside and out with dry paper towel until dry.
11. I normally replace print head after drying, but you may wish to let it air dry overnight.
12. Replace print head in printer and install cartridges
13. Start printing.

I do this to all 4 of my Canon printers every 6 months or so.

If any colour fails to print after this process it means your print head probably needs replacing.

1310 printing problem

To use the Color Correction Wizard, go to the printer's Color properties page, select User-defined color correction , then click Start Color Correction Wizard button. The Color Correction Wizard helps the user perform the following steps:
  1. Choose the sample picture to be used. This can be the document that's open in the current application, or one of several samples provided by Hewlett-Packard.
  2. Choose the type of correction to be applied to the picture. The brightness, the contrast, or the color balance can be varied.
  3. The Wizard prints the same picture ten times with different degrees of correction applied to it.
  4. Look at the printout and decide which of the ten is preferred.
A combination of corrections of different kinds can be used. For example, when selecting a brightness correction, the Wizard can be instructed to give another set of ten prints from which to select the contrast, or the color balance. When the final selection is made, the combination of corrections that have been chosen will be saved. This combination may be saved and used in future whenever selecting User-defined color correction .
