Press the SOURCE button on the main unit or on the remote control to display the Input Source list.
Press {up} or {down} buttons to select your desired input source among: TV/
Component/AV/HDMI1/HDMI2/HDMI3/VGA and then press OK
button to confirm. (The individual ports should be marked on the tv adjacent to port).

SOURCE: How do I change the input without the remote

If there is no nutton on the TV to do so then you have to have the remote for it. You can try a universal remote but, usually functions like that don't work. Here is a link to the remote you need. http://www.electronicadventure.us/Merchant2/merchant.mv?screen=prod&store_code=EA&product_code=6450348129

SOURCE: AV input selection without a remote

I had the same problem. I hooked up the DVD player and then got into the set up. I used the add/erase feature to go through all of the channels. At channel 91, I saw the logo for the dvd player. I added that channel and now the dvd player works.

SOURCE: Direct TV remote "tv input" button won't work with my Sony TV

I came across this looking for a similar solution for my Samsung TV, and I found the solution on ehow.com. Apparently after you program the remote for your TV you have to hold mute and select again until it flashes twice then put in 960 to make the remote control TV input too. Note you're remote should be in TV mode while you do this. It seems silly that the DirectTV guy wouldn't do this when programming the remote.

Seiki tv stuck on HDMI input, will not accept coax Statellite Input.

Try to change inputs using the input selection button on the TV itself. It's ususally marked with an icon of a TV, with an arrow pointing in. There might just be an issue with your remote control input selection button, often a very much used button. I presume you've checked the batteries in the remote control.

How do I access input source on my seiki tv without remote

Without knowing the exact model it would be hard to know the format. In your case I've looked at one manual and where the power button is there is also one button for volume, one for channel and one for menu and source together (4 buttons total). Each button rocks up and down, so the menu button should be up and on that same button source (input source) should be down. Once inside source navigate with Channel button.

SEIKI SE50FY28 !! Tv powers on to a blue light but has no picture !!

Hello,

I would try the TV inputs. Tv/Video or the Source button on your tv remote. Select each input to see if picture comes on. If you have checked all cables and Inputs, I would check the wire from the TV to the cable box.

It's a westinghouse......you better get the model number off the back, then find a universal remote at walmart.....it'll give you a cpl different options for your tv....so read carefully the instructions that come with the remote you buy.

Change input without remote. can be done on tv?

If you don`t have input selector on the set or in the menu you might be able to get it with the channel buttons, that would be right below channel 2 or above 125
