It has locked itself. What you need to do is get the serial number from the top of the head unit or out of the manual and call Kenwood. They will give you a lockpout code. Contacts are here

I have the same problem all of a sudden...it only shows as AUX when on CD mode.

The manual says to change the O-N switch to the 'N' side...however I dont know wherer the )-N switch is?!
