I have an igloo countertop ice maker and need a new basket insert to catch the ice. Where can find one? Model ICE102ST

Hi I had the exact same issue after about a year of running my igloo ice maker non stop. To fix it I held in the on/off button and select button at the same time for about 30 sec and TADA!! Back to making ice.
If that doesn't work I've also read to leave machine unplugged for 6 hrs and then hold in on/off button for 10 seconds. Good Luck!!!!

There is a probe that tells the machine it's full. Change it.

The heat that is being removed from within the unit has to be extracted towards the outside. A lot of times the condenser coils are on the surface just underneath the exterior panels.

Maybe scaling has occured, get descaling chemical to clean it. Also remember to remove the dust accumulate at the condenser..

Run about 3 cycles of vinegar; then rinse with water. Run regular water through and then the ice should lose the chemical smell and taste.
