I would send them an e-mail enquiring about cost details before posting the unit to them. And double checking the postal address where the unit needs to be sent.

It is sometimes carried around by officers for law enforcement purposes.

Can i buy a breathalyzer to keep track of my drinking when i have to drive?

Yes and No. You can buy your own breathalyzer but it's not a good idea to rely on it.
Breathalyzers can be bought for personal use but these and the ones used for law enforcement do not provide the same accuracy. While the ones that the officers use are approved by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and can be faulty sometimes, but provide a more accurate result to BAC (blood alcohol content), the ones that are sold to the public are approved by the FDA and are much less accurate. It is not a good idea to rely on their results as they might lead you to thinking you can drive while instead you drank too much.

in most states now it is zero tolerance, which means less than .01. one beer in one hour is too much, no matter how much you weigh

Is there any way to trick a breathalyzer machine?

nope, i saw a mythbusters episode on it. the penny in the mouth doesn't even work. However, those machines can be faulty, so it is always recommended to refuse the test because if you take it and fail, you are guilty no matter what

I have ultra slim fit t.v that I purchased in saudi arabia and I brought it home in phillipines I can not connect to the local t.v program and it has no audio

You just goto the system option, through its menu, and set the system to auto. I don't know about the transmission system in Phillipenes. Changing system to auto will allow the TV to receive any system transmission. Ok

If the mouse and keyboard are working, and the receiver is still flashing constantly, then it's probably just indicating that the receiver is connected to the keyboard and mouse.
