It depends on what type of email service. On some you cannot change the account address after you set it up and use it. You might have to open a new account.

If you wanted to create another facebook account using a different email address that is fine.
You just need to remove other email addresses associated with your profile.
To delete yahoo account:
1. Sign-in first
2. Click this link
https://edit.yahoo.com/config/delete_user
3. Type your password in the box
4. Enter verification code from the image to the box
5. Click Terminate this account.
To delete G-mail account:
1. Sign- in first
2. Click this link and follow instruction

Your username will probably be the first part of your email address, the part before the '@'.
So, if my email address was '[email protected]', my username would be 'support.'
