Unfortunately Products America does not provide parts to the Jardine cribs due to a recent recall they underwent that covered a large quantity of their cribs. I did check your model number and it IS on the recall list as one of the cribs that has been determined unsafe. I have the same crib and got the info from the manual, hope this helps!

The model number is DA0504KMC-1W for the white one and DA0504KMC-1N for the natural color one.
