This can be interesting as there are a lot of bolts to disassemble. I tip mine up and lay it down in a pick up truck or a van you can take the seats out. They are very heavy so you need help.

If you got a shock from it, it can't be properly earthed. Check your wiring!

Error code seven is due to the console getting locked. I called Sportcraft and they said to do this: Unplug the treadmill for five min and then re-plug the treadmill. Now push the ON/OFF switch to ON and insert the safety key. Now press the MODE and STOP button simultaneously. Without releasing the buttons take out the safety key and insert it again. Now you should hear a beep and the display will come on. Release MODE & STOP and now press the Speed increment (+) button
