Saw do not lift when turned over

Is this the saw you are talking about? A compound mitre saw?
TFO 250 Ryobi
I'm assuming you cannot lift the blade up by the handle without the whole saw coming with it. That usually means that the saw is locking into place for transportation purposes. Look at the pictures below and see if the lock pin in engaged.

Check the website of Ads Precision Ltd. They are actually selling Rusch band saws. They're maybe selling parts of the saw. They should be able to help you. Check bandsawparts.com . They're selling aftermarket band saw parts of most types and brands of band saws.

Saw will not cut straight and destroys blades 250

I had the same problem. If you are cutting porcelain tile, it will not cut straight. The motor isn't fast enough.

These saws are made for stone cutting.

I don't have the manual and don't know the gas ratio

If new it's 50:1 and after 100hr Break in you can use 40:1

If not under warranty most saws and 2-stroke engines work great @ 40:1 ratio

Some Old saws use 32:1 and some as little as 16:1

Stick with a 40 to 1 mix ratio for all newer 2 Cycle stuff you own and you'll be just fine!!!
