Is your device's memory almost full, check it out and erase anything you don't want, don't need, or just don't use anymore. I had a similar issue and low memory was causing it, nearly everything else was noticeably faster too!

Well your disc is officially garbage because it's for sure scratched. Don't bother trying to fix your game disc. Do what I did. Go to sellitbroken.com and sell your game to them. They will give you good money for it.
