(Just search for the model number and click on the Manuals tab.) There are two manuals listed here. The first one is for the guard and the second one is for the radial arm saw itself. These are guys that have older machines and maybe you can post a question in there forum to get some help.

Go to: www.searspartsdirect.com and enter the complete model number minus the decimal point. This will bring up a series of drawings that show every replaceable part. The manual should also be listed. Hope this helps!

I'm not sure on the Rockwell, but here's a link to a manual for a Rockwell-Delta 10" Tilting Arbor Unisaw, circa 1969 which seems about right for a 34-466.

If that's not quite right, there a couple other manuals for old Rockwell saws here.
