Estos sirven para win7, los he probado en x86, no se si funcionen en x64:

le da en download file, descomprime e instala setup.exe (es multilenguaje) y reinicia y listo.
Los controladores se instalan bien, pero no creo que le funcionen los programas que instala (muy viejos), le recomiendo que use el ABBYY finereader (muy bueno) para manejar los escaneos, para el OCR (convertir imagen a texto) o escanear imágenes con Photoshop.
Espero que le sirvan.
