I cant access my email account and I don't know what to do

Select Forgot Password. You then have the option to reset your password, by either answering the security questions selected when the account was opened, or having a password reset email sent to your backup email address, or cellphone number - which was also selected when you first opened your account.

Usually all you have to do is go to forgot password my friend, from there it should ask you some security questions and a phone number you may have provided the account with your email, you probably just forgot the password is all, also if that doesn't work try calling Google to help you get the account back because it could have been compromised as well, hope that helps.

Just go to the "Forgot Password" option and get a new one set up, that'll solve your issue if I understand correctly, if not let me know. Thanks!
