SOURCE: Water on the bottom of the fridge - then turning in ice
drain is blocked. to check, pour water into drain gulley in fridge and it should flow away. to clear, push sometthing flexible down the hole. good idea to pour dilute bleach down hole now and again
SOURCE: clogged fridge drain tube
The drain is behind the back panel in the freezer at the bottom. Sounds like it is frozen over which is pretty common. Will need to remove panel and thaw out drain by running hot water down. You can use a putty knife to break up ice first. Make sure you get all ice around the drain above and below the thin aluminum tray at the bottom. After the drain is free don't be alarmed if you get some water on the floor because the drain pan may not hold all of the water you ran down the drain. Not anything you can do to prevent this on this model.

might have the temperature too high .. buy a freezer thermometer and place in freezer
SOURCE: ICE BUILDUP ON BOTTOM OF FREEZER, DRAIN HOLE FROZEN
There is normally a small filiament of metal which is attached to the defrost element and conducts heat down the drainpipe preventing ice build up. You can pour some boiling water onto this area and even wriggle a piece of plastic tubing down the drain pipe to dislodge any blockage. For future prevention, you can attach a piece of copper wire around the defrost element (in the absence of the original filiament) and extend it down the drainpiple
