It is hard to follow your question....however; if the sprayer turns on and the paint fails to enter the nozzle, you may have a blockage. Take the spray nozzle apart and run hot water over it to clean it out. You may need a small brush or cu-tip to clean the inside of the barrel. Blow though it and see if air passes easily. reassemble and run as you normally do. Be certain the top is attached to the paint reserve tightly and securely. Any air leaks will prevent the sprayer from building up pressure within and thus no spay will be emitted.
The spray nozzles have a small ball in the end that you can move it around with a piece of small wire or needle the size of the hole . push in the wire about the dia. of the little ball and move the ball to the position you want to hit the screen IF the ball is corroded in place you will have to get new nozzles
When you pump the handle is there resistance? If there is, pressure is building up in the sprayer.
If there is no resistance, the sprayer pump is probably deteriorated and should be replaced.
If there is pressure and when you squeeze the trigger nothing comes out, remove the nozzle and make sure there is nothing plugging it.
Good Luck,
Gary
hi, there is a small ball bearing inside the nozzle on the end of the lance , this can get jammed or missaligned and the nozzle orifice can get blocked , clean this or replace the whole lance with another 200 Bar lance .
It sounds that you need a new foot valve. It is the rubber thing on the end of the cylinder that is connected to the pump handle. It is not sealing the air in as you push it in. Hope this helps.
