Remove the internal battery for at least five minutes. The capacitors will drain and default to factory settings when you put it back.

Unplug power. Hold reset button. Plug in power while holding reset. Wait until light flashes, then release reset button.

I don't know about factory defaults but there is a Firmware UpDate v 2.4.0

Leave the breaker off, remove the wires from the timer and just connect them. then turn the power on. Unless you have a short somewhere, the lights should come on. What you have just done is made the breaker your switch. If the breaker kicks you know to keep looking for a short as it is not the timer. Regards, Joe
