I have a sparkomatic sr39 am/fm cassette reverse radio with a four wire wire harness. Red black green and grey. I can't seem to figure out how to wire this up. Need wire diagram

2001 mazda 626 2.5 v6. Wire harness to my boss factory raido was cut off and cant seem to figure out what goes where...orange.yellow...light green and light grey..pink and brown..purple and white..dark grey with black strip and sold dark grey...red..blue...black..yellow..can anyone help me out

If you have a female harness to connect to the veicle side you will pretty much color match. The only exception is that you may only have an amp turn on wire but only a power antenna on the vehicle. In this case you would connect blue w/white stripe wire from radio harness to the blue antenna wire on the vehicle side.

If you are doing a hardwire (factory plug has been cut off) you can obtain a wiring code for your vehicle at www.the12volt.com for most vehicles.

the green/white wire is the earth - the earth to the chassis gave no resistance when tested with the multimeter to the car chassis. So it was a pretty good bet that the green/white wire was the earth as suspected. The radio cassette works a treat. Yipee!
