Why its showing E3 fault in air condition unit
Try changing out your air filters if that don't work try cleaning evaporation coils. If that don't work get ahold of your local HVAC shop they will take care of it.

I had the same problem and changed the
two thermostats on the base and got it working. You can get them from
partmasters.co.uk (thermostat protector) cost 17.99. They just screw in
and are dead easy to fit

manufacturers put their name on lots of other peoples stats. Honeywell has a very good help line and an online service. Need to know whose thermostat white- rogers, Or honeywell Or Model number

You will need the serial number in order to get the manufacturing date. It will be in a year/week format but not always in that order. For example: 1211********* can be the 11th. week of 2012 or the 12th. week of 2011. If you can post the serial, that would be great!
