Who do I send my zte to for warranty - ZTE Cell Phones

Make sure the wall plug socket is known to work.
Make sure the charger is known to work on another tablet or phone.
Try a different lead.
Try a factory reset, press and hold volume up and power buttons.
Send it in for warranty repair.

I would take your phone into the store you bought it from. Ask them to check if it is under warranty. Your phone may need to be repaired or replaced.

No as the warranty is for failure of the handset in the warranty period for theft you need other coverage like home contents that cover mobile theft or specific phone insurance

I would first start with backing up your data and then resetting to factory defaults. If that fails to work I would then check for a firmware upgrade from the manufacturer or provider. If that fails then I would send it in for warranty work, or start looking for a replacement device.

Contact ZTE Customer service and check if you are IN WARRANTY so they can repair your phone for you. Before that do a Master reset on the phone and check if it works.
