There's no reset button on any icemaker I know of. Look elsewhere. You'll need a voltmeter to confirm that the icemaker has power. Otherwise most I'm familiar with are pretty much self-contained. I found a replacement for the icemaker on my Sub-Zero for about $70 online - just swap out the whole thing.

not really a reset button but htere is a solenoid that controls the type of ice coming out of dispenser. with the ice bucket in place give a look at it from underneath and find the brass rod spanning from front to back of bucket. that rod hooks into a solenoid catch that when activated lifts the rod up and down for crushed/ or cubed ice.. after locating the "hole" in which the rod enters you should also see a corresponding plastic ring that would catch the rod upn activating stich and pull/up and down.. Ill assume that the "catch ring" is tuck in the up positon , might only be frozen up in which case you can hit it with a hair dryer to melt it, its also possible that the \solenoid had melted it self in the up position in which case you need to replace it.. to check this theory you can hook the brass rod into the ring assy in which case youll only dispense cubed no crushed

Look on the bottom of the rectangular motor housing for the ice maker. This is the white box that holds the front end of the ice tray. In the past, this was normally a small patch of black 'runner' that covered the switch and helped kkep moisture out.
If you cannot locate it by feel, try using a small mirror and a flashlight to help you locate it.

Probably your ice-maker's circuit is a victim of power surge. Guess you'll have to call your friendly refrigerator repairman.
To avoid this kind of damage, or even worse because surge can burn out your refrigerator's main circuits, codenser, etc... buy a surge protector
Electronic Surge Protector for Refrigerators up to 27 Cuft and Freezers
Of course, you don't need to get it from Amazon; look for it at your nearest home depot or retail store, Wlamart etc...
