Question about Radio Communications
This amplifier has tubes in it that light up but it doesn't send the cb signal out far enough, it only sends it a couple of miles when it should go farther than that. I know that there is a possibility that the tubes could be weak.
It obviously works, so it is NOT a fuse. The most likely cause is a poor antenna connection. This happens often. Unscrew the antenna. Use a continuity meter to check check each connector. Such as the one that screws into the radio, if the continuity meter "beeps" the connector is "grounded" and was installed improperly. Do not use that antenna until you fix it, you could blow the transmitter by using a "grounded" connector. Test it exactly the same way without the antenna attached. If you are not used to installing connectors, you could easily go through 2-6 before you get the hang of them.

I would suspect that the problem is a short around the fuser/thermostat. It sounds like you are shutting down when the printer gets hot. Replacing the assembly would replace both these components, but it isn't an easy repair.

SOURCE: doesn work at all
I've had the same problem. Get the technical assistance phone # out of the manual that came with the fan. They can give you the proper part # so that you can then call Home Depot and special order the receiver. However, I have done this and then installed the new receiver as advised by Hampton Bay and I still am unable to get the remote to operate the fan or the lights. I know the fan works becaue I bypassed the receiver and wired directly to house power. I don't know if perhaps I have a bad transmitter (remote). I'll try that next. The fan worked for about a year, now its just a headache.

The line with the fuel filter in the end comes out of the tank and it goes to the bottom fitting on the carburator. The other line comes out of the tank and goes to the bottom fitting on the primer bulb, and the third section goes from the top fitting on primer bulb to top fitting on carburator. Got it? lol Hope this helped and best wishes.
