I have a sisco save model # 115 combination and key do I have to pass 0 when I go left then right

Ignore the zero.....
Dial directly to the numbers.
Every time you Pass the number that is 1x so if it says
L4X 20
Then dial 4 times to 20... and so on....
Hope this helps, you can call a locksmith to walk you thru it too if they have time.

Brinks safes are very reliable and secure, Unfortunately there is no way of recovering the the combination of the same without speaking with manufacture. Now you could do it the old fashion way that is to listen to clicks from the combination lock while moving the nob, However this takes alot of practice. The only the I would suggest to do is to speak with the Manufacture. I do appoligize once again and I hope you have better luck. Have a good day

I'm sorry if I can not give you the exact combination and I'm sure no one does. Because that is what Sentry Fire-Safe is all about, secrecy.

However, the best solution for your problem.... to be able to acquire the right combination for your safe.... is to call the attention of Sentry Safe Shop

You must call (800) 828-1438 for combination retrievals.
or send a notarized letter stating you are the owner of the safe, personal information, model and serial number of your safe and must indicate the method on how you will receive the combination.

  4. Turn the dial to the left (counterclockwise) three times to the first number of the combination (pass the first number of your combination two times, stopping on it the third time).
  5. Turn the dial to the right (clockwise) two times to the second number of the combination (pass your second number once, stopping on it the second time).
  6. Turn the dial to the left to the last number (stop the first time on your last number).

I cannot find a user manual at sentry.com for my model of safe.It is model SO409, serial #ARO99276. The combination is 21-96-64. I have started at (0) turned to left three times to 21 and the to left...
Try this combination exactly and let me know if it works.

First, turn the knob to the right a bunch of times to clear everything. Next, starting at 0, turn left and pass your first number twice, stopping on it the third time. Next, turning right, pass your second number once, stopping on it the second time. Finally, turning left, go straight to your third number and stop. Turn your lower handle to the left and pull.
