Can you please give us more information regarding this issue?

Are you trying to connect the cellphone to your computer? If so, when you bought the phone, it comes with the PC suite CD and you can use that to be able to install the software on your PC.

Although almost all phones now can act as USB storage, you just have to use it in USB MODE instead of the generic PC connection option.
