Suggested setting for rossi mt 200 welder

read you hand book on the settings but it all depends on material thickness being welded
higher volts = higher amps will require faster feed speeds = thicker materials
sheet metal thickness (.040"-1mm) will require very low volts -up to 20 v with a slower feed speed
remember the unit will have a very short duty cycle and that means that you cannot start a weld and keep it going for many minutes especially at high amps
it works like this ,if it is a 20% duty cycle ( on the plate of the machine then for every 20 seconds of power ( high amps) the machine has to rest for 80 seconds
if you are welding panel metal the ( very low amps) then you can weld for longer periods but the rest period has to be 4 times the weld period

What size and thread pitch (simply sheet metal?) are the 6 screws that hold the burners to the back wall?

Just use a drill bit set to check the closest size of the hole and purchase some sheet metal screws or self taping metal screws a size bigger.

How to remove door locks

Pull off the inside of the door by removing the armrest bolts. Pull any electrics if they are in the way or any window cranks. Pull the panel off. Undo wire harnesses. reach inside where the handle is and find a sheet metal clip pull it sideways with a pair of pliers. undo the metal rod clips by turning a nylon fastener to the side and unsnapping the rod. put in the new tumbler and slide the sheet metal clip in again. snap on the rod and twist the nylon clip back. put the panel and armrest back on. repeat for other door.

2002 trailblazer lack of engine power light

I am willing to bet a lot that there is a bad ground from the battery to the chassis of the vehicle. In addition to the ground wire that goes to the engine block, there should be another wire from the battery negative terminal to the sheet metal of the car. Bet is it corroded or loose. If you cannot find this wire it might be because the MFG ran a wire from the engine to the sheet metal somewhere around the back of the engine. You can run another wire frokm the Batt- term to the sheet metal. Maybe put one terminal under some accessory that screws to the sheet metal.

Good luck
