Your card may not be seated properly. The metal cover (called the "shrapnel" in the Cubot video) slides up a sixteenth of an inch or so to "unlock" it. After it is slid up slightly, it can be hinged open. Conversely, after the sim card is inserted, the metal cover must be hinged down then slid a sixteenth of an inch or so to lock it into place. I used a wooden toothpick to push it around. I also had to buy a micro SIM card adapter for my mini SIM card (the smallest one is called a "mini" not a micro) to get it to fit into the slot in my CUBOT King Kong.

You might have filled up the memory to the brim and the phone doesn't have enough to switch on.
Try reformat to original settings. anything you stored on the phone will be lost.
How to reformat your phone, first turn it OFF. Press * 3 send at the same time and keep them pressed while you turn the phone on.
Give it time to work.
Remember, do not let go the 3 keys until you see the formatting screen.
After a few minutes when the process is over, your Nokia N70 will be back to the original delivered system.

SOURCE: Fake SciPhone 168+, Can not receive calls
calls are blocked, or do they jsut end when you answer, or somone else answers? if this is the problem you will have to turn the auto end off.Main menu => Calls => General call settings => More => Auto quick end = turn OFF
If the above menu path is not correct, then just look on your phone to find the General call settings where ever
they may be, as some firmware may have a slightly different menu system.
