Lost manual, need to change # of rings before machine answers pho

Press and hold the SET button to enter the change mode. After the time and date you can change the rings to answer.

Change the answer machine rings to answer number to less than the fax number of rings to answer or increase the number of rings to answer on the fax machine. Would need exact model number of phone system to give more detail on programming steps. Info should be in manuals of phone system and fax machine.

I changed the message, but now the phone rings and rings and does not pick up message, and displays "minus sign" not zero. Pls help.

From the manual, it doesn't look like you can reset the ring count with this phone set.
