HIt the reset button. If that doesn't work, take the motor off and vaccuum the hell out of the brushes and just clean it of sawdust. Then try it again.

Hitachi table saw motor just Hums.

Question edited for clarity.
Question moved from Laundry Dryer.

Replace the start capacitor on the motor. The classis reason for humming and not spinning. The start capacitor gives the motor a jolt to get it running.

Are sand and water tables considered activity tables?

An activity table is a table that have activities incorporated into them, so a table that kids would play at with water or sand would be considered an activity table.

Under the Table, I only have an X axis and no Y, but I need both. How do I create a table for the Y axis as well?

ok,
I assume that you are attempting to make a scatter plot of some sort. Here's how:

Instead of hitting the [table] button. You should hit the [stat] or [stats] button as I forget which it is. Then hit [enter] which will bring you to a stats list editor of some kind. You will want to enter the data for your x-axis in L1 and the data for your y-axis in L2. Once you have completed your lists, hit the [stat] button again and then click [right] or the right arrow in order to move to the section of calc. from number 4 down it will help create a graph of that type of function. lets say you think it is linear, so you hit [enter] on number 4 and then you will be at the home screen with LinReg already written. You just have to complete the statement and it will do it for you. hit the [2nd] [1] and then the comma button, then [2nd] [2] and [enter]. that will do it for you.

If I am mistaken in my thoughts and you have a graph that you need the points of, type the function into the y= menu or solve a few points and do the above suggestion.

The calculator will not allow you to plug-in values for the y within the table menu.

I hope this helps.

Motor will not start on my Ridgid table saw

Check the brushes and the commutator for wear and buildup between the insulated areas of the commutator..It should be clean and not full ofcopper residue. That will make the motor click only upon triggering the starter switch

The power button keeps blinking and I can't shut the printer off . I was printing directions from mapquestand only one page and part of another page printed. I tried several times to print again but...

I fixed the problem. I guess I hit the hold button on my printer without realizing what I had done. That's why the printer would not shut off and it was kept in the active state. I just started hitting buttons and once I hit the resume button the printer started working again.
Thanks anyway.
