Try phone reset Power off the phone, hold the volume down key and press down the power button simultaneously for about 15 seconds. The phone will power up and shows an exclamatory mark. Then release the button. Press the volume down key, it will display the menu. Choose the menu by press the volume down key. Choose "wipe data/factory reset", press power key to enter in, then choose "delete all user data", press power key to confirm. Wait until it indicates "data wipe complete".
