ur tv is not wifi enabled device. in order to get wifi u have to add a wifi devide like and android device like amazon fire tv

that ought to be a Sanyo Lcd tv ...

Your inverter is bad. It controls the backlight. Open TV. Find inverter . write down model number. Order exact same card from eBay,amazon, etc.

if you PC has one of the following outputs then it will work ...
composite (rca jack) , S-Video , HDMI or component (three wire rca jack) ...

several video cards have at least composit video out as well as the normal VGA output . look for a single RCA.jack ....
if your video card does not support any of these formats then you would need a VGA converter box to one of those formats ... there is also a USB to s-video/composite converter cable ...

the resolution of your set is 1024 X 768 ... so thats what you would set the video card for ..
