I had the ''U3'' security software enabled on my 16GB SanDisk Cruzer drive, and used it with no problem for many months. A few days ago I went to access my drive, but i didn't realize that my capslock was enabled (because when entering the password the characters are displayed as dots). After several attempts, I ran out of tries and I was informed that I am now permanetley locked out of my flash drive. This is the message that was displayed:
''You have reached the maximum number of failed password attempts. For security reasons, all data and programs on your U3 device are now permanently inaccessible. You have to erase all data to continue using your U3 smart drive. Click 'Erase' button to erase all device data or click 'Cancel' to abort the launchpad and decide later.''
I have some very important stuff on my drive, and was crushed to see that I may never see any of it again. I havn't erased the data on the drive yet in the hope that it might still be recovered. I sent an email to SanDisk, but they responded that because data on the drive is encrypted it is impossible to recover. Is there absolutley no way to get my data back? I still know the password if it is neseccary. Thank you for your help.
Of course you can recover all your data whether its being reformat at first. But if you format that in second time i don't thinks its possible. Using a program that is very helpful to us is the idea of recovering all kinds of data such as documents, pictures, sound files & etc. Possible 80% Recover of your Data.
Here is what you do to, #1 Download a software freeware by using a UTORRENT at www.download.com/utorrent or this link too www.utorrent.com. #2Go to the website www.torrent-finder.com at search engine type RECOVERMYFILES then ENTER. #3 select a program RECOVERMYFILES with serial/crack appear listing in the window then download it using a UTORRENT program. #4Follow the instruction if you downloaded the files.
