Thanks for your solution. This is a problem with color wheel. I could not fix it by myself, so my friend will try to fix it next week.

Sounds like you have a bad color wheel assembly which is located in your light engine assembly.

Tv is making a loud buzzing noise and the picture is all funny ie colurs are out and pixelated

Hi,If your tv is a dlp you might be experimenting a color wheel problem. The color wheel is a rotating disc that has a gamma of colors it spins at high rpms. The light of the lamp goes through it to create the colors on your tv.When it starts to go bad you will get color distortion ,black and white picture and sometimes you will hear humming noises.

Hi,do you hear any strange noises? if you heart clicking or like wanting to turn on it could be the ballast that's the board that powers the lamp.Do you hear buzzing, whirling,or high pitch sounds? If you do it could be the color wheel which is a little disc looking that when the light of the lamp goes through it creates the colors on the tv.This are the most common failures on samsungs.

HL-S5687 DLp tv

your keeping a part that is warming up and shuts down your shutdown that protects the tv from burning up... cooler... to find this you might need a hair dryer or a can of freeze mist.
I believe the left side is your high-voltage section.
you can also let it warm-up without the fan .. let it shut down and feel parts with set unplugged to see what is running hot.

Does the picture gets distorted in any way when you hear the buzzing noise?
I would suggest to check all the cooling fans for proper operation.
