Any idea where I could find a circuit board for an STB1022 portable speaker system?

The number on the board is2A1PTSBT1023. The speaker was made for Sharper Image about 5. Years ago. I would appreciate any help or info! Thank you.

Do not restart them with the button, that won't reset settings, unplug everything from power for 5 minutes and plug them back.

SOURCE: INSTRUCTIONS NEEDED FOR THE SHARPER IMAGE - JUMBO UNIVERSAL REMOTE

Hello kls1996... programming your remote is rather easy. The easiest way (thanks to The Sharper Image Jumbo Remote being a LEARNING SMART remote) is to do the following:

1 - Point the head of your Sharper Image remote at the head of your Sanyo TV remote (nose to nose so the clear bulbs on each remote are facing each other).

2 - Press the "TV" button on your Sharper Image remote (located in the upper left-hand corner).

3 - Hold the "LEARN" button on your Sharper Image remote (located in the left edge under the volume buttons) until the red light flashes.

4 - Press the key on your Sharper Image remote (e.g. Volume Up or +VOL)... the red light will go solid (indicating that it is waiting for a signal from the other (in your case Sanyo) remote.

5 - Press the key on your other remote (in your case the Sanyo remote) that you want programmed in your new Sharper Image remote... the red light will flash rapidly again.

6 - Repeat step #4 until you have programmed each key.

7 - When done... press the "LEARN" key on your Sharper Image remote. Your Sharper Image remote should be programmed to operate your device (in this case, your Sanyo TV).

NOTE: You can program other devices such as your VCR, DVD, VHS, SAT, CABLE, etc. and not just one device.

This unit can be replaced on ebay for around $45.00 which is under any labor cost to repair the unit you currently have. You can always post your unit for sale on ebay for parts.

SOURCE: Uninstall Sharper Image Tie Rack from clothing rod

The tie rack just clips on in the middle. the small piece on the top of the bar in the middle of the rack slides to the left to uninstall, to the right to install. on the bottom middle of the rack is a round piece that tightens to hold the rack level. loosen that piece first, that the top middle piece should slide to the left.

Bad connection or they sold you a faulty board. With main boards, I would always recommend calling for service as they are expensive and it passes the responsibility to the service engineer to make the right decision and replace a new board if is is faulty. The unscrupulous will clean up and old board and send it back, then they have a spare board or a refund.

Sc-ch550.any idea at all y it is switching itself off when ya turn up the volume loud?
It could be number of thing such as defective speaker, fan or fan control circuit, power amp fault etc. You can try to disconnect speakers one at a time and see if any of them causing a problem.

Hi, my w300i speaker (mike) stopped working, my voice cannot be heard on the other side, but, when I connect the handsfree, things become fine.

Seems, the internal mike has got a problem, please suggest a remedy?

is it mandatory to get the mike changed, something similar had happened a year back and that time, they had said, that since the mike is a part of the board, the entire circuit board needs to get replaced.

Only static comes out of speakers on my wk-3500
IT IS POSSIBLE THE SPEAKER SHORTED OUT BUT I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE EAR PHONE AND SPEAKER BEING BLOWING OUT TOGETHER, BECAUSE WHEN YOU PLUG IN THE EAR PHONE THE DEVICE SWITCHS THE SPEAKER OFF AND THE EAR PHONE WORK, YOU CANNOT HAVE BOTH WORKING AT THE SAME TIME UNLESS YOU HAS SOMEONE GO IN THE SYSTEM AND MAKE THAT ADJUSTMENT FOR YOU, THERE HAS TO BE A SHORTED WIRE SOMEWHERE, THE SPEAKER THEM SELF MAY HAVE A FUSE LINK SOME WHERE ELSE IN THE SYSTEM.

I WOULD TRY AND FIND THE SCHEMATICS FOR THE KB, SPEAKERS, MAYBE FRIED ON OF THE IC CHIPS ON THE BOARD. IF YOU FILL CONFORTABLE TAKING THING APART THAN TAKE IT APART AND SMELL AROUND THE CIRCUITS AND YOU WILL FIND WHERE THE SERGE HAPPENED, THAT SMELL LIKE MELTING PLASTIC.

My sony dav-s-400 system keeps activating headphone port output.
Just had and fixed the same problem that hundreds of people are suffering with this system!!
Sony DAV s400 - same problem, won't play though speakers and display indicates that headphones are plugged in - when they are not. Fairly easy to fix and took me less than an hour from start to finish:
1) Remove top cover
2) Remove circuit board that has Audio In/Out phono scockets (to get access to Amplifier Circuit Board)
3) Remove Amplifier circuit board (has the speakers attached)
4) Turn it over and remove copper heat shield
5) Resolder joints where the big brown capacitor is and where the wires go to the front headphone socket...and any other dodgy joints that you find
6) Reassemble.

Replacement parts for Infinity TSS-1100 subwoofer.
Same issue here. 3 years without problems then the burning smell and finally it died. I've removed all of the screws from the back but haven't had success opening the unit. Anyone figure out a solution to fix the circuit board?

Logitech mm50 speakers wont turn on
