I can't get my best Casio wk1800 to come on when I got it 2wedks ago it worked great now it won't power on I did disassemble it and alot of the solder contacts are like corroded is this the problem if so how to remedy this ?

Fault with the main power supply regulator board. Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts.

It will be best to replace the power supply regulator board as card basis rather than making "Surgery" to it; which usually will make loss for both money and time.

Casio is a manufacturing company; you do not say what the device is. If it is run by battery perhaps it has died and needs re charging. Or even if it is dead, a new battery. But Casio what?

Don't take it to any normal technician. Go to Authorized service of LG and get it done. It is not any software issue, i think it is hardware problem.

Hi, remove the bowl off the bottom of the carby and clean it out. My best guess at this stage is that you have water in the bowl. Hope this helps, regards Phil.

My adaptor use to work fine now it wont work I found out it was the piece on the back where the adaptor plugs into, If I jiggle it and move it sometimes the power light will come on but it works fine with...

You can get that fixed if you can find someone who can solder. The jacks wear out over time on a lot of things. The jacks themselves are worth about $1 but it is the labour to open the case and solder a new one in.

The contacts in the jacks are spring loaded so these can wear or get damaged etc. So eventually they won;t make good contact and you get your problem. You see this a lot on laptops. You can twist or apply pressure on the plug until you get it to power up. This is more luck than anything when it works and eventually it will get to a point where it won;t connect anymore. This really is a simple repair but finding someone to solder the new jack in is the problem.
