I have a 2008 ezgo cart, serial number 5006843 , 48 volt. At any speed the cart will stop abruptly. Wait a minute turn key off and on it fine for maybe two days or more....thanks Ron

Have a 48 volt ezgo, cart will run once you stop it might go or it will attempt to go you wait a few minutes and it will go, sometimes it takes several minutes of waiting before it goes. What's wrong?

My 2008 ezgo electric cart has auto brakes. Sometimes when i stop a alarm beeps. Beeps if put in F, R, or n. Turn off then on and beeping goes off. Why?

Component faulty. Need to check controller board for faulty component. Most probably faulty capacitor.

I have a 36 volt EZGO cart and when fully charged and I step on the go peddle it starts out fine as long as I don't depress the peddle fully, not achieving full speed. It feels like belt slip?

Need to know what kind of cart you have. Ezgo, Club Car?

36 volt, 48 volt ? for ezgo look at manuf. code, for club car serial number has the year. Then maybe we can figure out something.

EZGO Golf Cart, when you plug in the battery charger, the charger will not come on. Golf cart is showing a full charger but you get no power when key is turned on in reverse or forward.

have the batteries individually load tested as I suspect that there are dead cells in one or more.

First of all, lift rear axle off the ground and place blocks or jack stands underneath. Check to see if you have 36 volts On your batteries. Now you want to run a jumper across the big cables on the solenoid. Press the accelerator and the motor should engage. Clicking is a pretty sure sign that the solenoid is bad. Please let me know if this is useful. I can further elaborate more troubleshooting if this doesn't solve your problem.

1970s Harley-Davidson 3 wheel golf cart with Tilston carb with a fixed high speed jet and a t bar low speed adjustment on top of the carb what is the factory settings or base line. Is it 3/4 out or is it 1 1/2 out or could it even be 2 full turns out for low speed setting ? Thanks
