After installing adobe encore cs6,when I open the program it says loyalty serialized number is missing so how can I find the loyalty serialized number or install correctly?

The best you can do here is call Adobe and get the issue resolved. If the serial key you are using is 100% legitimate they are the only ones who can resolve the issue. They will most likely just issue you a new key.
