Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) might be blocking outgoing mail from your email client. You may need to use your ISP's mail server as your outgoing email server and or authenticate your outgoing emails with your ISP's email filtering software. I had the same problem a few years back when my ISP (AT&T) setup up some restrictions for outgoing email. I had to register my non AT&T email address with AT&T's email filter and configure my Outlook to use AT&T's outgoing email server. If you have a laptop the simple way to test if it is your ISP blocking your outgoing emails is to take your laptop to a public wi-fi and see if you can send mail there.

I can't receive my mail.

Hello,

What type of server that your e-mail account works with?
If you are using POP3 or IMAP account, please configure Incoming mail server.
You should try the given below solution to resolve the occurred issue:

If you are using Microsoft Exchange account, check if you use cached exchange mode. If not, enable it. Click on "File" tab >> "Account Settings" >> "Account Settings" locate your exchange account and click on "change...."
Under server settings, check Use cached exchange mode.

You can check another setting to help resolve being able to send but not receive e-mail messages.

You can set up Microsoft Outlook to check for new e-mail messages at intervals of one minute to 1,440 minutes (one day).

On the "Send/Receive" menu, point to "Send/Receive Groups", and then click on "Define Send/Receive Groups".

Select the group that contains the e-mail account that you want to regularly check for messages.

Under Setting for group "group name", select the Schedule an automatic send/receive every x minutes check box.
Enter a number from 1 to 1440 in the minute's box.

Hi i have been recivng tens of e mail from pepole i donot ,asking me not to send them any e mail which i never did how can i get red of that .

Hi kassiem269...

You have a virus, worm, trojan, etc on your computer causing it to send out unsolicited emails.
Go the the following site and download, install and run the FREE Microsoft Safety Scanner.
It will remove the virus, worm, trojan from your computer.
If it doesn't remove it completely a popup window will open and allow you to hook to a Microsoft professional (For FREE) and he will take over your computer (with your permission) and finish removing the problem from your computer.
Please take time to rate me

Can't use either Microsoft Live Mail or Lookout Express v6 with Belkin Router. Can't send or receive email Can you tell me what the email setup is for either one? Both email programs probably use the same...

Ask COMCAST for the names of their POP-server and of their MAIL-server, and configure Outlook Express to use those names.

Microsoft Live Mail is "web-based" -- all you need to do is to web-surf to their web-site, login, and click "send/receive" or click "compose" and later "send".

Hi, You might have configured outlook to yahoo. To send email just close the outlook program from our computer while sending mail. If you still faces the problem, just try to uninstall the outlook and then send mail.
